- PUBLICATION POLICY
Conference papers will be indexed in Conference Proceedings only if all three of the following requirements are satisfied: submit all publication materials, pay full registration fee, and present the work at the conference.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Authors are kindly requested to strictly adhere to language, format, and electronic file requirements described below. 

 
- Original Works

·         Prospective authors are expected to submit only their own original works to PEDSTC. Manuscripts that violate PEDSTC publication principles may be summarily rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by Conference.

·         Manuscripts submitted to PEDSTC should not be submitted in parallel to other events.

·         Manuscripts corresponded by student authors should obtain prior approval of their advisors before submission. All correspondences would also address the co-authors for their information.

·         The attention of prospective authors is drawn to the PEDSTC policy on plagiarism. Use of material from other sources without giving credit to the reference is not ethical.

·         To avoid plagiarism, due credit must be given whenever the followings are used:

o    Another person's idea, opinion, or theory.

o    Any facts, statistics, graphs, drawings-any pieces of information-that are not common knowledge.

o    Quotations of another person's actual spoken or written words.

o    Paraphrase of another person's spoken or written words.

 

-Language

English is the working language of the conference.

 

-Format
Papers are limited to six (6) A4 sized sheets, and must conform to the IEEE two-column format for conference papers.
Do NOT insert any headers, footers, or page numbers. Do NOT insert biographical information for authors!

Manuscripts should be submitted in .pdf format.

 

-Paper Submission Steps

1.     Enter EDAS using following link: http://edas.info//N10765

2.     If you do not have an EDAS account please create one using "create a new account" link.(Please note that EDAS account and password is different from your PEDSTC username and password)

3.     Log into EDAS using your EDAS account.

4.     Click the right track from the list.

5.     Fill out paper title,keywords and Abstract and press the submit button.

6.     Follow the icons and instructions to add paper authors.

7.     Upload your manuscript in pdf format using icons provided in the same page. (Manuscripts should not contain page numbers, headers or footers)

8.     Log out from EDAS.
